Angstroms Corp. and our strategic alliance partners has run abundant experience in applying Complex Injection Molding Designs, Prototypes & Production Tooling across plastic, hardware parts and electronic components industries. Once customer provides us with concept information and/or detailed specifications, we will offer them the estimated expense for moulds, estimated cost per unit and scheduling before the project begins.
The software employed on mold design and moldflow analysis included UG, Pro-E, IGS, CAD/CAM/CAE and Solid-works. First article and golden sample shall be approved by customer prior to mass production commenced. Angstroms will work with customers until all original design requirements are met, and the product performs exactly to customers' expectations.

We are specialize in converting the parts from original source into the equivalent low cost parts for these cable assembly and wire harnesss. In order to full fill the higher frequency requirement and highly precise tolerance condition in RF series connectors and coaxial cable assembly, the major facilities quipped with STAR CNC automatic lathe and Agilent Network Analyzer up to 110GHz. The most important of all is the well knowledge engineering team and plentiful of practical experience in the made-to-order project to secure and testify all higher frequency functions to comply with customer’s specification. Precision process capability can be controlled that range from Ø0.25mm to Ø42mm, and process tolerance less than 0.003mm.

At the design stage for the custom-made connectors, the software appied to connector design and mold design have UG, Pro-E, Solid-work, and CAD/CAM/CAE. Those molds and tooling product the stamping terminal, housing and the accessory of connector parts. The process are involved in inserted molded, plastic injection, metal sheet stamping and precision machined as well. All the connectors would be tested in accordance with the specification requested by customer in prototype and mass production.

Auto lathe machined parts is another core product we have run for more than a decade. The tolerance of precision hardware parts can be controlled in 0.002mm. the material being used have copper, aluminum, steel, iron and Teflon as well. The surface treatment is acceptable upon request.
